Woman's clothing.

--Patrick Coleman, free colored man, was arraigned before the Head. Police yesterday for clothing himself in the habiliments of a person of the female sex, for some purpose unknown. This purpose being unexplained, the accused was condemned to work on the batteries in front of Richmond for the period of eight calendar months — sufficient lesson to him to avoid such dodges in future.
