Capture of a Supposed Spy.

On Tuesday, the 24th inst., a man calling himself Philip A. Junior, was captured by Mr. James M. Bickers, near his store, six miles northeast of Louisa C. H., Va. He said he belonged to the 5th Ohio regiment, was taken prisoner at the Port Republic fight, carried to Lynchburg, and then paroled. The prisoner being unable to produce any document of discharge, he was marched to Louisa C. H., thence by rail to Gen. Jackson, who knows well how to dispose of such characters. The vandal was making towards Fredericksburg, probably to communicate to the enemy the movements of the Southern army.
