Wounded Hessians.

--Several hundred of the enemy's wounded were brought to this city yesterday. All of them that we conversed with spoke in high terms of the kindness bestowed on them by our people while en route from Savage's Station to this city; all, too, were delighted at the prospect of being paroled or exchanged. Very few evince any desire to put themselves in position to endure the same suffering they now experience. Most of the prisoners not wounded who are now here, will be shipped to Belle Isle to make room for their comrades who are used up. The prisoners, sick and well, are all aware that negotiations for an exchange are pending, consequently very little restlessness under captivity is shown.
