Shooting case

--A lad named War. Tyree, employed at the office of Major Provost Marshal is to be examined before the County Court nest Monday for shooting, on Christmas day, with a shot-gue, another named in the county of Henrico. It appears that on the day in question Tyree was allowed a and repaired, with his brother, to the for a gunning expedition. While hunting in a sequestered locality they encountered who, thinking he could mester the two and make a gun in the bargain, commending assault on them. He was repulsed, and in the melse which ensued was shot in the side. There was carried before a Henrico county magistrate on to Court for examination, Major becoming responsible for his being present to there sult of an examination.
