The flag of Truce.

--Seven hundred Yankee soldiers were made ready yesterday for a trip this morning, at 7 o'clock, via Petersburg, to City Point, where two boats were promised to be in readiness to carry them to Annapolis Md. Up to 8 o'clock last night no telegraphic message had been received at the Libby Prison of the arrival of the boats at City Point, though it is not unusual to delay the announcement till a later hour in the night. The Government is very anxious to get rid of the Abolitionists at present here, who number over three thousand.
