Exploits of the Confederate States steamer Florida.

Mobile, March 2.
--The Tribune learns from Captain Haywood, who took the steamer Florida out of this port, that there were nine blockaders in front of the entrance to the harbor. Two of them pursued, and, by the aid of their powerful "Flessel" lights they signalized the Florida four miles. The chase continued nineteen hours, but the Florida ran out of view, and on her way destroyed a new Yankee brig on her first voyage, laden with sugar, molasses, and rum, the whole value of which was $140,000.

The speed of the Florida is fifteen miles per hour, and Capt, Moffit is greatly pleased with her.
