Libby prison.

--Two British subjects, arrested some time since on the charge of assisting the Yankees to build fortifications at Dumfries, were discharged from the above prison yesterday, having been tried and found not guilty. Patrick Rizney, of Co. H, 2d U. S. Cavalry, was received as a prisoner of war yesterday. If a Yankee steamboat is reported at City Point this evening, a lot of Abolition soldiers will be sent off to-morrow morning.
