--A Proclamation — Whereas it is represented that the place last appointed for holding the sessions of the County Court of county, is infected with contagious there of authority in the Executive be law I John Lescher G of the Commonwealth of Virginia do hereby the Justices composing the County Governor of the county of to hold the next sessions of and Court at Hollywood, in that county, and thereafter to continue to hold the sessions of the Court at the same place as long as the reason for the change hereby authorize shall continue.

Given under my hand as Governor, and under the less of the Commonwealth at Richmond, this 9th day of March, A D 1863, and in the 87th year of the Commonwealth.
