Refugees from Lincolndom.

--Hardly a day passes but what witnesses the arrival in Richmond of vicious of the continued and systematic tyranny of Lincoln's minions in Maryland and other States.--They all tell the same style of cruelty, oppression, and wrong, endured at the hands of those who use and abure the authority of the "United States."--On Tuesday night strived from Baltimore. They had become obnoxious to the officials of that city by their sympathy for the South, and paid the penalty in being driven from their homes. Included amongst these who came Tuesday was the son of a well known citizen of Baltimore, who was kept in prison three days prior to being sent away, and was not allowed to see any of his friends. The party who were banished with him were all taken to Winchester, where they were paroled on condition that if they were ever caught in the Yankee lines again they would be considered and treated as spies.
