Speculators alarmed.

--The speculators in Georgia, Alabama, and several other Southern States, are greatly alarmed at the rapid fall in prices for all articles in the provision line. Not more than half the figures can now be obtained for flour, bacon, lard, etc, that could be had a month ago. Would that some of them in this vicinity could be made to suffer for their heartless extortions in all the necessaries to sustain life.
