From Vicksburg.

The accounts which we publish this morning from Vicksburg are hopeful, if not cheering. The spirit and success with which our forces have met the repeated assaults of the enemy gives encouragement to the belief that the beleaguered city will be able to withstand all the efforts being made for her reduction. The assurance of Gen. Stevenson, who is next in command to Lieut. Gen. Pemberton, is decidedly gratifying, and exhibits confidence in the men and means at command.
