Return of Confederate prisoners.

--The flag of truce boat which arrived at City Point on Tuesday morning brought up two hundred and twelve paroled Confederate prisoners, who reached Petersburg the same evening. They were generally Western men, captured at different times and places.

No late Northern papers were brought by this arrival, or if any were on board, they were not permitted to come ashore.
