Daring.

--On Saturday morning last, as a young lady, Miss Clark, was passing up Marshall street, near Screamersville, she was met by two ruffians, one of whom snatched her porte-monnaie from her and ran off, the other pretending to give chase and crying stop him. As soon as the lady recovered from her alarm she proceeded to Broad street, where she reported the circumstance to three soldiers, who started in search of the thieves. In the porte-monnaie was a small diamond pin, on the back of which is engraved "B. G.," to "A. L. G." Should it be offered for sale the guilty parties to this daring outrage may yet be captured.
