--The citizens of Richmond, as usual, are to shell out handsomely this summer by way of taxes. We find by reference to the proper books that the taxes on real estate in the three districts of the city will amount to the snug sum of $201 923.23.--This amount is divided in the three districts as follows: First District, $63,674.10; Second District, $69,654.97; Third District, $69,194.16. When the tax on personal effects is ascertained, the sum total, we are quite sure, will equal that of one-fifth of the entire State.
