Federal officers captured at
Winchester, last week, who arrived at the "
Libby" prison, in this city, yesterday.

In addition, to the above list there were seventy-five
Lieutenants received in this lot, all of whom are now confined at the Libby, with 1,494 privates, captured at the same time.
The remainder of the prisoners captured in the
Valley, are expected to arrive in daily instalments until all are received.
Besides these, there was a Lieutenant and four privates brought over from
Petersburg yesterday morning, captured at
Plymouth, N C.
