An Exequatur granted by the Confederate Government.

--It may not be generally known, says the Savannah Republican, that at least one Government has recognized the Confederate States. In a recent letter of Mr. Benjamin, our Secretary of State, we perceive that Trust Raven, Esq., who was appointed Consul for the State of Texas by his Highness, the Duke of Saxe Coburg and Gotha, and who applied to this Government for an Exequatur on the 30th of July, 1861, had one issued to him on the 21st of August, 1861.
