Particulars of the capture of the Atlanta.

Savannah, June 26.
--Letters by flag of truce from the officers and crew of the steamer Atlanta state that two 15 inch shuttle crashed through hor port side, one of which demolished the pilot house, wounding both pilots. The ship then went aground, and being unable to bring a gun to bear, her surrender was clearly necessary. Our casualties are one killed, eight seriously and ten slightly wounded. Except the pilots, no officer was seriously hurt. The prisoners were at Port Royal, to be sent North on the 19th inst.
