The Yankees in North Carolina.

--The Kinston (N. C.) correspondent of the Raleigh Journalsays that the Yankees at Newbern and Washington are organizing a force of mounted infantry, 3,000 strong composed of whites and blacks, to advance simultaneously on both sides of the Neuse river. He adds:

I also learned last night, from a most reliable gentleman, who came up from below on yesterday, that the enemy are moving the most of their valuables from Newbern to Morehead City, as if they intended to evacuate the former place very soon, and take up their quarters at the latter place. Two heavy trains, loaded with ordnance stores, &c, were seen to leave the Newbern depot for Morehead City on last Thursday.
