Returning to the City.

--Col. William M. Browne's mounted battalion for home defence, will strike their tents this morning at 8 o'clock, and arrive in the city about 10 or 11. This body of cavalry have been in camp of instruction for two or three weeks, and are considered sufficiently proficient in drill and practice to be dismissed till there is a necessity for their services.
