--The body of Capt. Isaac D Stamps, nephew of President Davis, who was killed at the battle of Gettysburg, was received by the last flag of truce boat, and the funeral obsequies took place at Christ Church on Saturday afternoon.

Yesterday morning the funeral sermon of Maj John Seddon, of the Virginia Senate, and brother of the Secretary of War, was preached in the First Presbyterian Church, by Rev. Dr. Moore.
