Commissioner's Sale of a slave

--In pursuance of a decree of the County Court of Henrico pronounced on the 6th day of January, 1864, in the cause styled Garthright Va Garthright, &c. the undersigned, who was appointed Special Commissioner therein, will proceed to tell on Monday, the 18th day of January, 1864, at 12 o'clock in front of the State Court House, in the city of Richmond, of slave named Fleming. He is about 37 years of age and in a good house-servant.
