Morristown, Feb. 4.
--A scouting party from the neighborhood of Cumberland Gap, states that Wilcox's ninth army corps has been mustered out of service and gone home, very few having re-enlisted, not withstanding the large bounties and land warrants offered them. The enemy's cavalry force has thus been very much diminished.
