Murder.

--Samuel Armor, a Confederate soldier, who has five brothers in our army, was murdered by Federal soldiers while at home in East Tennessee a few days since. After carrying him to their camp a prisoner some tory present accused him of being a bushwhacker, whereupon the Yankee officer, without a court martial or trial, ordered six men to take him out and shoot him. The men took Armor off a short distance and told him that he might have a chance of saving his life by running; and as he started to run the villains shot him dead.
