--Three half grown youths, caught last evening bathing in the river at the foot of 17th street, were arrested and carried to the watch-house. They were balled to appear before the Mayor this morning. This practice of bathing in the river within the city should be broken up. Ladies crossing Mayo's bridge are daily annoyed by the unsightly exhibition of men and boys bathing along the river banks.
