--Francis Burns, Charles Giblin, and John Morris, members of the 19th regiment Virginia militia, from this city, were arrested yesterday in the lower part of Hanover county, charged with attempting to make their way to the enemy. They were committed to Castle Thunder to await the action of a court martial, which will be held in a few days.
