Hustings Court.

--Before the Hustings Court of Magistrates yesterday, Thomas White and William Vaughan, free negroes, charged with horse stealing, were arraigned for examination. White plead guilty, and was ordered to be sold into slavery. As an accessory to the felonious transaction, Vaughan was sentenced to six months imprisonment in the city jail.

James W. Harris, of Buckingham, was examined on the charge of stealing a horse from Colonel Cabell, and sent on for further trial before Judge Lyons.

The case of Benjamin Degroot, charged with exhibiting the game of faro, was then taken up and argued till 3 o'clock, by Mr. Daniel for the Commonwealth and Hon. James Lyons for the accused, at which hour the court adjourned over till 10 o'clock this morning.
