Arrival of prisoners.

--Fourteen hundred and sixteen Yankee prisoners, captured from Sheridan by General Early's forces in an engagement which took place in the Valley on Wednesday last, reached this city yesterday morning and were committed to the Libby prison. There were thirty-four commissioned officers among the number, the highest in grade being that of captain.
