Confederate States Distant court.

--No business was disposed of in Judge Halyburton's court, yesterday.

The habeas corpus case of J. M. Hadery was continued till Wednesday.

The cases of Edward E. Anderson, Joseph Canse and John S. Moon were set for to-day.

W. T. Battey entered into a recognizance with security, in four indictments for his appearance on the 12th of December.

The court will sat this morning at 11 o'clock.
