Pastoral Acceptance.

--Rev. David Shaver, associate editor of the Religious Herald, has accepted the position of pastor of the Second Baptist. Church, in this city, made vacant some time since by the resignation of the Rev. L. W. Seeley. On account of a severe bronchial affection, he objected to entering into a permanent arrangement with the church, and only holds the position of pastor till the services of another can be secured.
