Fire.

--Between 11 and 12 o'clock yesterday morning an accidental fire occurred in the negro apartment of Mrs. Cooke's boarding-house, on the corner of Eighth and Clay streets. By the timely discovery, on the part of the servants, the flames were extinguished before much damage was done, and the firemen had a run to the scene of the occurrence without any necessity of unreeling their hose.
