Held to Security.

--Levi Bendix, D. J. McCormack and John Werner, the parties charged with trading in greenbacks, whose case was mentioned in Saturday's issue, were again before Commissioner Sands on Saturday. They were each bailed in large sums for their good behavior for twelve months, to be forfeited upon conviction of a repetition of the offence. In the case of Julius Bear, also charged with the same offence, it was shown that he was an authorized agent of the Government, and, therefore, entitled to discharge.
