Charged with Disloyalty.

--Upon complaint lodged by John A. Jeter, Mrs. Nathalie Dowell was arraigned before Commissioner William F. Watson yesterday on the charge of trafficking in greenbacks and uttering disloyal language towards the Confederacy. The case was partly heard, and then postponed till this morning, the Commissioner, in the meantime, admitting Mrs. Dowell to bail in the sum of one thousand dollars for her appearance.
