In Judge Halyburton's Court, the case of Cyrus Gualt, Jr., was disposed of yesterday. Mr. Gualt was a member of the Maryland battalion, and is disabled by wounds received at Fisher's Hill. His two years enlistment having expired, he was relieved from service.--For the applicant, R. T. Daniel; for the Confederate States, P. H. Aylett, District Attorney.
