Madame Ruhl's concert to night.

--The second regular concert of Madame Ruhl will take place to-night at Metropolitan Hall. Besides the Prima Donna, there will be several amateur singers, who are also great favorites with the public. The programme is an excellent one, and merits a full house. "Ernani Involamite" will be sung by Madame Ruhl, and the Vacant Chair, with chorus accompaniment. The Anvil Chorus and the Tower Scene from Trovatore will also be given. The instrumental portion of the programme is also excellent.--Madame Ruhl has been active in giving concerts for the poor of the city, and her liberality should be remembered.
