Provost Court.

--This Court was not in session yesterday, owing to the continued illness of the Judge, Colonel J. McEntee. Several soldiers were brought in for being in the city without passes, and sent to their regiments. The Colonel, we are gratified to say, is rapidly improving, and will doubtless be able to resume the duties of his position on Monday next.

John and Alonzo Duke, whose case was set for examination yesterday, were permitted to renew their bonds for their appearance on Monday.
