Seamen's Bethel.

--This institution, which, during the war, was suspended on account of the closing of our port, has again, under the superintendence of the Rev. F. J. Boggs, gone into operation, and, under his energetic control, will, no doubt, increase and expand into the proportions of its original design. That design was for the religious instruction and the amelioration of the condition of the sailors who came into the port of Richmond. As an earnest of the interest felt in it by the Chaplain, he will hold service for religious worship on to-morrow at 11 o'clock, and will have a Sabbath school at 3 o'clock in the afternoon. These meetings will be kept up regularly through the winter if attended with any degree of success whatsoever.
