--John Jackson, negro, drunk and disorderly, was found guilty and sent to jail for ten days.

John King, negro, drunk and disorderly, and having concealed weapons in his possession, was found guilty and sent to jail for fifteen days.

Henry Johnson, negro, carrying concealed weapons, was released.

R. M. Gavroran, negro, lying in the street drunk, was found guilty and sent to jail for ten days.

George R. Ragoan, negro, assaulting George Jones, negro; was found guilty and sent to jail for ten days.

Isaac Brown, negro, charged with shooting off a gun, plead guilty, was fined ten dollars and released.

Robert Randolph, negro, charged with being drunk and disorderly, was sent to the city jail for ten days.

William Friend, negro, committing a nuisance, was fined three dollars and released.

J. T. Clark, negro, for being drunk on the street, was sent to the city jail for ten days.

Robert Smith, negro, for being disorderly on the street, was found not guilty and discharged.

S. Davis, negro, disorderly on the street, was discharged, there being no evidence against him.

J. H. Holmes, negro, drunk, was released after twenty-four hours confinement.

Edward Sheppard, negro, charged with being drunk and fighting, found not guilty and discharged.

Martha Brandon, negro, lying in the market drunk, found guilty and sent to the city jail for ten days.

Fred Walker, negro, drunk and disorderly, was found guilty and sent to jail for ten days. Paid a fine of ten dollars and was released.

Berkley Lewin, negro; drunk and disorderly, was discharged.

Charles Patterson, negro, drunk and disorderly, was found guilty and sent to jail for ten days.
