The Cosmopolite.

--We give in another column the table of contents of the January number of this new monthly. It will be seen that it offers a tempting list of articles. It will doubtless have a large circulation in the South; and it is well that it is so, for nearly all the periodicals published now are radical, of the strongest type. The terms are also given there, and it shows that this magazine can be had as cheap as any other. Southern families ought to take it.
