Iug. 25, 5; Cic. ad Att. 1, 1, 4), so ist anzunehmen, dafs et neglegentia des Nachdrucks wegen vor cum audacia gestellt ist (= ‘zugleich auch die . . samt der . .’; ‘mit der . . zugleich auch die . .’); s. 1.31.3: diis quoque simul cum patria relictis. Da jedoch die Umstellung in dieser Verbindung ungewöhnlich ist, so wollen andere et tilgen oder den Ausfall eines zweiten Begriffes vor simul annehmen [<temeritatis> simul H. A. Koch; <securitatis oder socordiae> simul M. Müller].’
