PORTUS IULIOBRIGENSIUM or Portus Victoriae Iuliobrigensium, Santander, Spain.

Cited by Pliny (HN 4.3). Its name refers to its status as Iuliobriga's outlet to the sea and to a victory of Augustus in the Cantabrian wars. The hypocaust of baths, perhaps belonging to a building of the 1st c. A.D., survives.
