Myles

Μύλης), a son of Lelex, brother of Polycaon, father of Eurotas, and king of Lacedaemon, was regarded as the inventor of mills. (Paus. 3.1.1, 20.2, 4.1.2.) Stephanus Byzantius mentions Μυλάντιοι δεοὶ as the protectors of mills.
