Will case decided.

--In the Circuit Court of Clarke county, Va., last week, the will case of Littleton's heirs vs. Littleton's executors, which has been in litigation for several years, was decided. The amount involved was some $10,000 worth of negroes and land, and the plaintiffs succeeded in revoking the will which emancipated the negroes.
