Alabama.

--We learn from the Montgomery papers that the minority of committee which reported the secession ordinance made a counter report, which was rejected by a vote of 46 to 54, and that the vote on the question of submitting the action of Convention to a vote of the people stood 47 to 53. The secession ordinance eventually passed by a vote of 61 to 89. Telegraphic accounts state that it has not yet been signed.
