"Fancy."

--From the New York Day Book of Monday, we have the following:

‘ "Tom Sayers, the 'Champion of England,' intends visiting this country in Spring. He will come over in the steamer leaving Liverpool on the 13th of April.

"Tom Hyer, the retired pugilist, is said to have the inside track for the U. S. Marshal ship. He is endorsed for the place by two of the most influential Republicans in this city.

"Morrissey, the prize-fighter, it is said, will have a fat office in the New York Custom-House, for service rendered to the Republican party."
