Fear of seizure.

--There are several vessels now in Boston harbor loaded with ice and other products, bound to Southern ports, Charleston, Mobile, &c., and some of them are in the stream ready to sail; but their masters hesitate to start, owing to the threatening aspect of affairs in the Southern States. It is feared they will be exposed to seizure by the Confederate States in case hostilities should break out. It is probable that their voyages will be abandoned. --Boston Journal.
