The comet.

--Lieutenant Manry announces that the comet lately discovered by Mr. Thatcher in the Constellation Draco, has been seen at the National Observatory, Washington. He thus describes it:

‘ The comet is circular; two minutes in diameter, without any tail, condensed at the centre, with some trace of a nucleus. Its daily motion is 5 min. 12 sec., retrograde in right ascension, and by 46 min. N. declination.
