--The Cincinnati Enquirer, of the 6th inst., publishes the following:

One of the first merchants in Richmond, Va., and one of its wealthiest citizens, in reply to a business firm in this city, who had expressed regret that they had heard of his having joined the Secessionists, wrote, on the 26th ult., that--
