Kentucky arms

--In response to a resolution passed by the Legislature of Kentucky, asking the Executive to communicate the amount of money he has expended for arms, and the character and number of the arms so purchased, Governor Magoffin says that he bought over $8,000 worth of old flint-lock muskets, about $5,000 worth of percussion muskets, and some four army equipments, to the amount of a couple of thousand dollars; but where they are he does not know, as they have not yet been delivered.
