More Victims.

--Some of the best citizens of Washington county were yesterday arrested without law, State or Federal, human or divine, and have been incarcerated in the St. Louis arsenal. Private houses were entered and searched, and private property was seized, and all the rights which the citizens of this great country supposed themselves to possess have been disregarded and violated by these bands of marauders.

We have no heart to enter further into details. These are reserved for future history. St. Louis Journal, 17th.
