The Japanese Embassy in china.

--The United States steam-frigate Niagara, with the Japanese on board, arrived at Hong Kong on the 22d of October. They were visited on board by U. S Minister Ward, the British Admiral in port, and other distinguished persons. The next day a boat load of them went ashore, and attracted even more attention than they did in America, crowds of Chinese dogging their steps all over the city. The Niagara was to leave for Japan in a few days, and would return to Hong Kong in six weeks.
